Look what the cat hacked up
Fresh on the stiletto heels of Def Leppard’s “Yeah!” and Tesla’s “Real to Reel” (mentioned previously on MetalBlogger) comes the next 80’s rock band to milk a collection of classic rock songs as opposed to making new ones. That’s right kidz, none other than Poison has cashed in on this craze with “Poison’d!” which was released on Tuesday (June 5th) via EMI America Records/Capitol. The cleverly titled CD is the band’s first batch of new studio recordings since 2002, which baffles fans who thought they disappeared some time in the 90’s.
