Van Halen Tour Update
It appears as though there has been a shake-up in the Van Halen camp. Sources close to the group and the tour promoter have announced that the Van Halen Reunion tour has been called off. If you’re like us, you’re not surprised. We didn’t expect the tour to be cancelled THIS soon after it was announced.
At the center of the controversy is Eddie Van Halen. At this point people are speculating that he won’t be attending Van Halen’s induction into the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame.
Eddie, you play guitar. Guitarists are not allowed to be diva’s. That’s what frontmen do.
Here’s our 2 cents. Eddie should sit this one out and let Dweezil Zappa, Steve Vai or Joe Satriani fill in on guitar duty. Either of them would jump at the opportunity. And just so Ed doesn’t feel left out, he can sit in the fetal position on the drum riser during the shows.
It’s ok buddy, you don’t have to play. No one is judging you.
Um….yeah…ok. Guess VH has been gone so long I turned off that part of my brain that actually gives a sh*t…
